CV of Failures (updated 07 JAN 2022)

Failures are often invisible, especially in academia, where we highlight and reward successes. It is often the case that you feel that 1) academics rarely fail or 2) you are not growing as a researcher. This illusion of high success rates in academia may even be discouraging, especially as an early career researcher. In an effort to normalize my "failures" in academia and show my career growth, please find my CV of failures below. This idea is not mine and is based on many other researchers normalizing academic rejection such as Melanie I. Stefan, Barbara Sarnecka, and Johannes Haushofer.
